Carlos Sainz’s 10-second penalty at Zandvoort turned into a two-week saga that exposed just how messy F1’s penalty system really is. My 4-day work experience at Williams Racing was unforgettable. I explored departments from aerodynamics to marketing, shadowed engineers, and saw how every detail affects performance. The highlight was going behind the scenes and speaking with people whose passion for racing was inspiring. The experience gave me a real insight into F1 and confirmed my ambition to pursue a future in motorsport and engineering.

We had an incredible day at the Girls on Track networking event at Brands Hatch, held alongside the British GT Championship. The event gave us the opportunity to meet inspiring women working across different areas of motorsport, from engineering and media to team management. Through networking sessions and panel talks, we gained valuable insights into career pathways and the importance of diversity in the industry.
